What is Radiesse®?
To treat the visible signs of facial aging, Radiesse® *triggers your body into producing more collagen, leading to clinically-proven results that are long-lasting when compared to other dermal fillers. Radiesse® is formulated to treat lines, wrinkles, and lost facial volume. It contains molecules called microspheres that are delivered via injection into deeper layers of your skin. This lattice of microspheres is filled in by collagen to help firm skin that is more youthful and smooth.
*Benefits of Radiesse®
Radiesse® dermal fillers are composed of a unique formulation containing calcium hydroxylapatite, one component of healthy skin. Male and female Radiesse® patients should notice more durable results, sometimes as long as two years. Since the product works by stimulating your own body’s production of collagen, you will see gradual results over time. The Radiesse® treatment process lifts and supports your skin from the deepest layers to help form skin that is firm, supple, and more elastic. The benefits of Radiesse® treatment include:
- All natural ingredients
- Low allergy risk
- Fast treatments with results that last up to two years
- Immediate minimization of wrinkles, lines, and skin creases
- Safe alternative to cosmetic surgery
- No downtime or recovery period involved
What Is The Radiesse® Procedure?
Dr. Schimpf performs Radiesse® injections in-office. The process only lasts a few minutes and does not require incisions or anesthesia. Although the treatment is minimally-invasive, a topical numbing agent may be applied to ensure your comfort during your treatment, but patients rarely require it. Dr. Schimpf will then inject the dermal filler into your skin using a thin needle. Immediately following your treatment with Radiesse®, you may return home or to work. No bandages are required, but you should refrain from touching the treatment sites for one day. You should also avoid massage and dental work for two weeks after your procedure.
What is the Cost of Radiesse?
The total cost of your Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery Radiesse® treatment will vary based upon how much treatment is required. During your consultation with Dr. Schimpf, we will develop a personalized treatment plan, and you will be informed of your treatment costs and methods of payment. We are happy to accept cash, personal checks, and credit cards. Financing is also available so that our Radiesse® treatments are affordable to all of our patients.
